Our Donner was perfect...spaghetti and meatballs for me and pasta with vodka sauce for my lovely companion..our waiter was very personable and saw to our needs quickly and efficiently..no dessert...portions were more than adequate for us..I think because of the way the ceilings are configured the ambient noise level is distracting and limits conversation...we were both more than satisfied with our dining experience...

Veal Francese was fork tender, capresse salad made with sweet cherry tomatoes was the best my husband has eaten, and the traditional pasta bean soup is the best I’ve had. Martini was also excellent. While they are obviously going for a modern look, I’d like to see some bright colors and paintings. However, they are doing a superlative job in the food department.

We absolutely adore this restaurant and visit frequently throughout the racing season. The eggplant parmesan is exceptional and likely the best I've ever tasted. My wife's top choice is the baked clams appetizer. Everything from the delicious focaccia bread to the incredible starters, main courses, pizzas, and desserts is top-notch from beginning to end.

with a distance of about 10 min from the inner city of saratoga sources, we will definitely return. the maitre d and sever were quite tight and the pasta, fish and chicken entrees were divine. the focaccia was dangerously good, the parts about generous, the martini on point. Reserva una mesa ahora

Nove was a great find while on vacation in Saratoga Springs area Great staff; very attentive to our needs Reasonably priced Chicken Francese and Veal Marsala were tender and delicious would definitely return

My parents were in town and booked reservations here for Fathers Day. Everything was excellent from appetizers to entrees. Our waitress was Angela and she was outstanding. Will definitely be back!

Cauliflower crust bianco pizza was outstanding! The focaccia was super good also. Our meals and drinks were flavorful, timely and enjoyable. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

Our #1 go to place in Saratoga. Salds and entrees were all great and the service from Robert was outstanding. Highly recommend.
