I recently visited Nudo House, and my experience can be described as quick and casual, with food that was satisfactory. The fast service is definitely a plus for anyone looking for a quick bite. However, I found the tamarind chicken to be flavorful but a bit too sour, lacking a complementary taste. The pho I ordered was decent and met my expectations, but it didn’t quite go beyond them. While I appreciate the speedy service, I would love to see more focus on achieving a better balance of flavors in the dishes. Overall, Nudo House is a convenient option for those in a rush, but there is definitely room for improvement in the flavor profiles.
This might just be the best ramen in the St. Louis area. When we arrived, there was a long line to order, but don't let that deter you. The wait moves quickly, and the food is definitely worth it. I tried the Curry Up ramen, and it delivered on its promise with bold curry flavors that made it stand out. My friends were equally pleased with their ramen selections. Be sure to order several servings of the crab rangoon, and if you have any space left, don't miss out on the wings.
As for dietary restrictions, they can prepare certain items to be gluten-free if they're not already, making it really easy to place an accommodating order.
Parking is convenient since it's located in a strip mall with plenty of spots available. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as there are no steps, making it easy to go in and out. Just a note: there’s no automatic door, but the door isn't heavy to open.
We received an abundance of food for just $50 for two people! We visited on a busy Friday evening, and our order was taken promptly. Within just 5 minutes, our hot food was delivered to our table. The staff was friendly, and we noticed that there were around six cooks in the kitchen, which contributed to the quick service. There were also plenty of vegetarian options available alongside the meat dishes.

This is a fantastic Pan-Asian restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The ramen selection ranges from classic to inventive, and our top pick is the Curry Up, which features Thai yellow curry-based ramen. While the fried vegetables and chicken can be a bit dry, the sesame noodles and cold Vietnamese chicken salad are both refreshing and packed with flavor. The staff here are friendly and accommodating.
My son has been eager to try authentic ramen, so for his birthday, we decided to take him to Nudo House for lunch. The staff were incredibly kind and assisted him in choosing his meal, and they even surprised him with some ice cream to celebrate his birthday! Thank you, Nudo House, for making his day so special!
