Number One Noodle - Reservar una mesa

Stopped at this cute restaurant once on the way to and once on the way from holidays this August. Really appreciated the builtin flexibility regarding the vegan menu, with choices for all tastes and yummy noodles or rice throughout. Only challenge was that the tofu option was always fried, which I found had absorbed too much (old oil and was not as light as it could be. Overall though the food was great, including the noodle soup, the dirty noodles and the pad thai.

They have a vegan menu, all sauces and condiments are vegan too! The ambiance is great. The spring rolls were a bit lackluster, but the sweet curry noodles were phenomenal. Good service and portions. The drunk noodle dish was just ok, but the sauces made up for it!

so happy they have a separate vegan menu, I go in the regular with the sweet curry noodles, but we have quite some dinge tried and it's all delicious. the crispy tofu is heavenly. personal is always super friendly and very beautiful environment.

Food was good, tasty salad role sauce. Only thing that sucks is the 16$ pad Thai has an additional 3$ charge if you want tofu. Rad that they have a separate vegan menu

What a great place to eat as a vegan in Fredericton.
