540 Kitchen & Bar - Reserva de mesa

Have only been twice, but that's because I don't live in Fredericton. Both visits were for lunch had the butter chicken the first time and the seafood chowder the last. Both were delicious in fact, the seafood chowder may be the best I've ever had. I need an excuse to go to Fredericton for an evening so I can try the dinner menu! Staff were great as well.

Great place! I had dinner there yesterday with my husband for his birthday and everything was perfect. The food was excellent (steak and vegetarian risotto), the cocktails were very good and the bartender prepared them with style, the service was impeccable and we received great personal attention. I gladly recommend this place!

Visited this past Saturday for Dine Around Freddy. There were three of us and we tried the french onion soup, beef and cheddar croquettes, brisket, cassoulet and the homemade s'more for dessert. Everything was excellent but the service was even better. Thanks for another great meal.

Such good food! Sister and brother in law were visiting from Montreal, and we all agreed this was the best food we'd had in ages. Yummy, yummy cocktails, they raved about the steak, and my (vegetarian! pasta was so scrumptious I'll be having dreams about it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Some of the best food I have ever tasted! I had the salmon and the dish was perfection. Everyone at my table loved their food. Friends said the burger was the best they have ever had. Can't wait to visit again!

If you are stopping by Fredericton, this is a great restaurant! I specifically had the Haddock which is a fish dish and it was very well made.
