O Pedro - Reserva de mesa

We came to this place after a long tour of the restaurants in Cabanas de Tavira, which were packed busy. Coincidentally, restaurant O Pedro also exists in Cabanas and is best not to be mistaken with this one. Nevertheless, judging by the number of people waiting outside the restaurant in Cabanas and by my own experience here, both restaurants should be excellent. This one had plenty of free tables when we arrived on a Sunday evening. I wished I had ignored the review mentioning the need for reservation, I would have come here first place. The seafood is excellent. and some of the best prices in the Area. Its a friendly place, as long as you stay on the exterior balcony. on the inside its not the best... smells too much at a kitchen... the fish is excellent the Arroz de Lingueirão is excellent.. i would recommend it for a quiet and unexpensive dinner. Just dont forget not ask too much food. one plate will be enogh for 2 persons... Recommend the Tomato rice.. excellent. good offer on deserts. not too much, but very good.

Very nice fresh seafood, simple and really nice. It’s virtually opposite the boat service to Cabanas beach so it’s worth popping back from there for lunch on the mainland. This has the dual advantage of avoiding the unambitious cafe on Cabanas beach.

Went here for dinner with my wife, lovely place with nice decor, we sat inside as it was raining, the food was outstanding as was the service, great atmosphere and very clean, going back again for sure Reserva una mesa ahora

Charming Mr Pedro has now a very pretty 2nd Restaurant at Cacela Velha but I still enjoy food better at his original place. Fabulous fish at great value and their typical salad a must.

Great food with good service. Very popular with the locals says it all. A must visit if in the area. A monkfish rice for two will feed three, and is to die for.

Found this restaurant quite by chance so decided to visit. Had lovely sea bass with potatoes. The portions are very large but good food well cooked.

Not impressed... Very expensive for the quality offered, food takes an average of 2 hours to serve. I will not be going there any time soon Reserva una mesa ahora
