We made a reservation for a group of 10. When we arrived we were seated outside in a corridor which looked nice. However we were not given enough table settings or glasses, plates or silverware or even menus. Our order was not taken for some time. After 2 hours we still had not received our orders, which had to be changed because they did not have the items on the menu that we requested. The waiter had only been to our table 3 times, though he was friendly. When I got up and asked about the hostes about the wait, she said that it is normal for larger parties to have a long wait time. I asked even two hours and with a reservation? And she just said yes but it would be ready soon. She was very dismissive and did not apologize. After another 10 min the food arrived. It was decent, though it looked like someone had taken a bite out of my potato wedges. We we ate it quickly and then waited another half hour after we finished for the check. When we got the bill there was 20% added for the tip, typical for a larger group, but only seeing the waiter approximately once per hour, and very briefly at that, made this tip seem unwarranted. I would not go back. Vegetarian options: One of our friends was a vegetarian. There was only 1 item on the menu for them. Parking: Had to walk 5 minutes for parking.

A fantastic surprise. Lovely atmosphere, not too loud, even though it was pretty busy on a Wednesday night. Food was spectacular. Wife said that her grilled octopus was among the most tender she 'd ever had, though my brussel sprout salad was less tender--it needed a bit more of the tasty dressing. It was still a good starter. My first choice, beef bourguinon, was sold out, so I went with the fried chicken. What a great choice! Tender, moist, with a bit of heat from either the breading or marinade, and meant to be dipped in a side of maple syrup. The chicken was boneless, FYI, easier to eat, and I 'm sure easier for the kitchen to cook. The dish included delectable collard greens, though the 'whipped potatoes ' on the plate felt like an afterthought. Desserts and drinks (with creative mocktails on the menu) were great as well, with the chocolate pots de creme a real find (but maybe too much whipped creme). All in all, a great experience for a commensurate price. We 'll be back!
