Oatcake Heaven - Reserva de mesa

The oatcakes from here are lovely, however the customer service is shocking!! Most weekends, we do a full office order, spending at least and each time they get something wrong. When you try and complain the staff either won't listen to what you have...to say or they blame you. The person that answers the phone is always rude and abrupt and can't understand a word you are saying. (sounds like he is on a come down from the night before No apology is given when they realise it is actually their fault, just a rude shrug of the shoulders! When asked if a new menu could be emailed over, they said they can't do this! (who doesn't have access to emails this day and age? Terrible customer service!!

have already worked with oatscake sky. as a born and bred stokie, I have been brought to haefer pie. the pastry cakes from here are second to none, absolutely beautiful. I try to get there as soon as possible so that they are straight from the hot plate. now, if they are a visitor and want to try our stacked food, then they need to buy from a real oat cake shop and not the mass produced müll they get from super markets as there is no comparison.

Having discovered this local oatcake shop a few years ago, i must rate it as fab-u-lous. The oatcakes are always consistance in size, never burnt and taste lovely. They also sell a oatcake too. There is a small sitting area where oatcakes etc can...be filled with bacon etc and eaten inside. The staff are always very pleasant and the price is good. If you fancy some locally hand made oatcakes, try oatcake heaven....... you wont be disappointed.

I've learnt to trust reviews on trip advisor and once again it proved right. Popped into try the local oatcakes and wasn't disappointed, staff friend ly and helpful and you can create your own variety of snack. If your in the area, recommend calling in. Reserva una mesa ahora

Arrived in Castle', after hour drive, and headed straight for Oatcake Haven for munches. We were not disappointed. Owner and other customers were super friendly. Great stuff and a good way to start the day.

and the college was years ago! that's my favorite place to have bread. there are some sitting inside that's beautiful. a real stokie place to eat haferkuchen with a friendly atmosphere. love this place!

The best Oatcakes I have tasted...especially the morning after the night before. Don't think there is anything better and their range of fillings makes it hard to decide what you want.

The oatcakes here are pretty damn good! Worth a try, we call often when we are in castle'. Breakfast sandwiches are good too for those that are not oatcake fans..... Reserva una mesa ahora
