The Masons Arms - Reserva de mesa

My partner and I decided to have Easter Sunday lunch at The Masons and we were very pleased with our choice. We both ordered the lamb shank, which was incredibly tasty, especially when paired with the delicious vegetables, particularly the roast vegetables. As first-time parents, we were a bit anxious about bringing our baby to a restaurant, but our worries were quickly put to rest. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making a fuss over our little one which won us over. We have already recommended The Masons to our family and friends and we plan on returning soon. It was a lovely Easter afternoon overall.

After reading the reviews of this charming pub, my family and I decided to try it out for Sunday lunch. We were not disappointed. My husband and daughter raved about the steak Guinness pie, while the rest of us enjoyed delicious roasts with a variety of perfectly cooked vegetables and wonderful mashed and roasted potatoes. The three different gravies for each meat dish were a nice touch. The friendly and cheerful service we received was also noteworthy. Overall, we had an excellent meal and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience.

We arrived at the restaurant early on Saturday evening and were greeted by a very friendly owner. Both my partner and I were impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. We started with homemade pate and garlic mushrooms, both of which were delicious. For the main course, my partner chose the tender and perfectly cooked steak with chips and all the trimmings. I opted for the lamb shank with mash and fresh vegetables, which was absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to returning for Sunday lunch sometime soon.

Went for my Dad's.80th and we were.so pleased we did , the food was fantastic, good sized portions, good quality and reasonably priced Service was really good don't know the lady's name bit she really looked after us, defiantly service with a smile . Little back street pub but with a generous heart , we need to do more to support these kind of places , we will return, thank for a great night Reserva una mesa ahora

My wife and I popped into the Mason’s Arms for Sunday Roast. The pub was wonderful, clean, tidy and welcoming. The Sunday Roast (Beef) was delicious and all veg was beautifully cooked. Too full to have desert there, we ordered it to bring home, looking forward to that later. What a fantastic find. Thank you, Ian and Sue.

Sunday Roast (beef) and Steak Guinness pie we’re both awesome. The wine was good and the staff hospitable and friendly. The atmosphere was calm and homely. Wish the guest cask ales had been available but the draft can of Guinness was a fine substitute.

Beautiful Sunday roast at the Masons Arms today, can’t believe I haven’t been before and it’s on my doorstep! Everything was fresh and home cooked with love and care, service was fantastic, couldn’t do enough for you. I will be visiting again soon!

Fantastic Sunday lunch. There was steak and Guinness pie as as a special which we had, kids had turkey dinner. All beautifully cooked and great service.
