The service at Oberweis Dairy was absolutely terrible. I went with my child for a couple of scoops of ice cream and ended up waiting 45 minutes. There were several other families with kids waiting as well. After 45 minutes, they finally started serving, but surprisingly, they began with the customers who had arrived last. After an hour, some families decided to leave and requested refunds, which took another 15 minutes to process. The cashier, who I believe was named Michael, had the worst attitude. When I asked if there was a manager, he said the store didn’t have one but shared that one manager oversaw several locations. When I asked if the manager would be available the next day, he said...
Went there Sunday evening was 2 people paying for their items one other table had group of 4 people, placed our order 2 cones for dine in. sat at our table waiting and waiting more customers kept coming in employees working behind the counter were just standing there like confused ? one person waiting for his order got fed up asked for his money back and left. Drive thru had a long line of cars and just parked there not moving, finally they brought our cones and they tasted awful like they changed their recipe ? been here many times But today was different BAD EXPERIENCE ? ???? noticed other negative behavior but I will end my review.
I was the first customer in the drive-thru this morning when they opened and ordered a frozen latte. After paying, I waited 20 minutes for my drink. When it finally arrived, it was just iced coffee, not a frozen latte. I told the employee, and he admitted he didn’t know how to make one. I asked for a refund and left. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years without any issues, but if an employee can’t make the products, they shouldn’t be working alone. There should be a manager available to assist and train them.
The offerings at Oberweis Dairy are truly exceptional. You can genuinely taste the premium quality in every item on their menu, from the milk and ice cream to the (unfortunately limited-time) seasonal egg yolk. When I visited, the dining area was closed, so I chose takeout, which was excellent. The service was friendly, efficient, and flawless. I will definitely be coming back!

We visited with our family and the staff welcomed us warmly. They served us with a smile and a friendly mood. We really enjoyed the nicest ice cream that we have ever tried in anywhere. Most importantly, their style of working with customers is absolutely remarkable. Thank you Oberweis manager for your absolute care of customers!
The products are truly outstanding. You can definitely taste the difference, whether it's the milk, ice cream, or the (unfortunately seasonal) eggnog. When I visited, the dining area seemed to be closed, so I used the drive-thru, and it was excellent. The service was friendly, quick, and precise. I'll definitely return!
UPDATE YOUR HOURS! it's Saturday night at 8:30p and youre closed? Oberweis has a distinctive flavor ice cream. It's good, I wish their flavors would change a little bit more often. Good quality, good service.
Love the delicious tasting Real ice cream. It's worth it!! This was the first time I tried their chocolate milk and it's very delicious. Also had an ice cream cone that was just as good. Yummy.

Oberweis Dairy offers absolutely the best ice cream in America—and possibly the world! I make sure to visit every time I’m back in my hometown. Their menu is fantastic, and I love it!
I initially expected it to be just an ordinary ice cream shop, but I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality ingredients used in their ice cream.
