I had a really disappointing experience right from the start. First, the cashier had a very unfriendly attitude, which made it difficult for her to pay attention to me; she didn’t even catch that my name is Bee. Second, waiting 15 minutes for a waffle cone was simply absurd. Lastly, my name was written as Kay, so I didn’t realize my order was ready until I inquired at the counter, as the other staff were too busy joking and laughing among themselves. This will be my first and last visit to this place.
I had a fantastic experience with customer service at this location. The employee who answered the phone was incredibly helpful with my last-minute cake order and patiently remained on the line while I sorted out some issues between the third-party delivery services and the Oberweis official website. I truly appreciate their assistance.
I used to enjoy their Frostbites, but the the one I had most recently was made with sour, spoiled milk. I took one bite and had to spit it out, it was truly disgusting and revolting. I'm sure it was an accident but now I can't trust the restaurant's quality controls.
Always my favorite place to buy cold deserts. The triple chocolate smoothie. Love this place. Some staffs work here are on a summer job. Coz they kinda lax a bit coz summer season is over. But deserts are still are sweet as a sugar. Would come back again.

I love the ice. Manager chased with someone, 4 employees worked on things in the back. I and another customer waited a while before someone decided to steal us.
I really enjoyed the strawberry cake I got from this place. I do have a question, though: Are your products halal or kosher? If so, which ones?
We are now regulars at this restaurant! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the ice is definitely top-notch.
