We love Oberweis ice cream and sundaes but after returning after 5 years this seems to have been taken over by young kids not too focused on customer service. Prices are also high now and I can't understand how can this be so expensive. Sitting area is nice.

Great good and atmosphere. At That Burger Joint for a delicious dinner then walked right over to Oberweis for a delicious dessert. It was a good day. Staff at both establishments were on top of things. : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. After I got the window they let me know their frostbite machine wasn't working. No apologies or remedies offered. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
