If it was for the chicken kabob plate this place would get 5 stars, hands down the best combo I've every had (only reason I come back because I can't find any better anywhere in the valley as tasty) BUT the services, mannnnn it sucks. Majorly! Like. They. Don't. Even. Try. Sucks. Seriously, the servers who are male by the way only speak to my boyfriend. Like I'm not seating there. It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I arrived right when it opened, taking a seat on the outdoor patio. I noticed a sign clearly stating that smoking is prohibited. To my surprise, an employee lit a cigarette right next to me, and it was obviously not a break time. I was really irritated. Another staff member approached to ask about the issue, and when I pointed out that the employee chose to smoke right beside me, his unhelpful reply was that it was legal. I couldn't believe it—what kind of response is that? He then suggested I move to the other side of the patio. This experience exemplified terrible customer service. I definitely won't be returning. I came here to watch a friend perform belly dancing and was quite surprised by the level of spiciness in the hot wings. However, I was disappointed by the falafel, which lacked flavor. Additionally, the service was subpar; it felt like they were unprepared for the number of people attending the event. I find it hard to believe that a venue hosting a ticketed belly dance show wouldn’t have adequate staff. I’m still waiting for my glass of water. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available in the back, which was a plus. My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. We've also celebrated many birthdays here. Overall we like the environment especially with the updated luck. The food is absolutely amazing and the best in the valley! I cannot say enough about the food in this place. Growing up in a Middle Eastern home I can definitely appreciate the taste of good food. My favorite is absolutely the hummus!!! It's the best!

Arrived at 10pm: No. I shouldn't have to wave someone down to place an order after joining a table. No, I shouldn't have to wave someone down for water. The food was ok. The hookah my friends ordered was fine. The music was ok. Very bright outside patio setting. The women's bathroom had no soap in the dispenser. Over priced. Bot for us.

Came here to view Game 5 cavs warriors the viewing areas were great and accommodating. Staff is pleasant helpful. Great service. The lemon mint hookah is a personal fave pay extra for the better one it's worth it. kept refreshing coals. Had some red bulls, on ice and water. Plenty of parking. good price.

Typically I really love it here. Food is tasty. I came in last week for a hafta (otherwise known as kubade) and unfortunately the meat was raw. It was mushy. I had to zap it in the microwave.

Wow. So many memories made here at Ocean's. Im so sad to see it closed. Thank you for the many years of great food, great entertainment, and great moments in time that live in my heart.
