Ocean The Crescent Beach Club

Every year I go to the same upscale restaurant in Huntington for my birthday. I don’t know why I deviated. Decided to try this place for after receiving numerous emails promoting this place as upscale with the best view. We were seated at a table by the window next to a family with children, who were being rambunctious. When asked if we could have the corner table away, we were advised by the hostess it would take too long to have them clean it. Service was so slow, as the waiter had a larger party he was servicing outside, which made no sense why he would be waiting on us inside. We were very impressed by the restaurant. We sat outside with a beautiful view of the Long Island Sound. There are so many levels outside that you don't hear anyone else. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. We had oysters in wine and garlic, chicken pot cake soup with pastries, and a huge salad with apples, onions, tomatoes, with a delicious Vinaiigrette. Overall, this venue is huge, with a ballroom, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, a sushi bar and beach access for catering. We can't wait until the ocean is reopened next year.

We had to finally experience Ocean after we had heard so much about it; it was just a cold and windy Saturday evening in October, but the spectacular view and the amazing service of managers and staff made it. Kudos to a well done job and makes it an unforgettable experience for my in-law. We will return next time in the summer months.

More lunchy fare on dinner menu. Usually get steak but was unsure. Butter and salad dressing came on plate in plastic covered disposables. Beautiful view of Long Island Sound. This night it was extremely loud but people were enjoying and having fun. Will I go back. Yes. Manager was very nice and encouraged us to return! Reserva una mesa ahora

We celebrated our wedding day at Lakehouse. W enjoyed a beautiful location and ambience of the restaurant. For the Entrees we have ordered halibut and scallops. Both dishes very delicious, but the halibut was excellent. All seafood is very fresh here. We recommend the place for a special occasion.

Spent a lovely anniversary dinner at Ocean, terrific view, food and service. We dined outdoors upstairs and James was especially attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner overlooking the beach at Ocean.
