Ocedre - Reservar una mesa

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately my experience did not live up to my expectations. As soon as I arrived, I greeted the reception staff, but unfortunately I received no response and was greeted with a disapproving look. Then I asked for the location of the toilets because my hands were dirty, and I was shocked by the response I received which seemed to reflect racist behavior. This disappointed me deeply and I expected more respectful treatment. I believe it is important to promote inclusion and treat all customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background. I sincerely hope that the restaurant management takes steps to remedy this situation and create a welcoming environment for all customers. I hope that this experience will be an exception and that measures will be taken to avoid such incidents in the future.
