O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Came in with a old friend I haven?t seen in a long time! I was un aware my kids dads new girlfriend worked there but this girl had the audacity of not even knowing me or meeting me to come over say hi to my friend she also knew to my ex, not on a Wednesday, just plain rude and make comments offering ?free pie? to us! I am not a idiot I read between the lines and I think it was unprofessional and not classy at all! But I saved the food waste and declined her generous offer I?m just not going to go back to Milford until I know I don?t have to be subjected to that behavior!

Server has done a great job and usually everything is good. The problem is that the cook couldn't cook the steak properly. I ordered a medium-heavy Mignon. I got a good job instead and it was torn. The server took him back to the replacement. The replacement finally came back. Everything else was good as usual, but I won't order an expensive steak again until they get a cook that can cook a steak properly. Neither steak had any pink at all. No pink = no good Imo. We brought it home in a container. Except it was great. Everything is usually really good.

I completed a pickup order on DoorDash, which I originally delivered, but decided to pick it up faster. I ordered a simple dish of chicken strips and pommes, but it wasn't great. It was cold and saw more like remnants than a full order. I've been here for years, but last year the quality has fallen.

The service was great. The food was great. That's one of the better O'Charley's. It was our four-year anniversary and we had a fantastic time. I'd definitely go back.

The service was not bad, but the food is terrible as they changed the menu. Steak was definitely frozen. Save your money or go to Texas Roadhouse!
