O'charley's Restaurant Bar

I ordered my food through the app, and another member at my house ordered online. After you check out/pay it tells you to park in the designated spots and they will bring the food out to you. We did that, and they didn't come. We did go inside, which wasn't a big deal and got our food. Unfortunately we did not check the orders before we left and when we got home each of us were missing one meal, and the other person was missing a salad, and dessert. Plus one of my salads were the wrong salad and one of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. After calling up there they said they would replace the meals, salad, and dessert. My husband and I were just at the St. Charles MO site; we sat in the bar area and were served by the manager, LaShonda, this weekend. She just made our day: such a beautiful smile, attention to service, just a great experience! We wouldn't have asked for a better experience. What a bright, shiny light! (And yes, the food was also good, AND: The young bartender, Melvin is just as brilliant! We always try to sit in their bar area because the great service with a smile! Love them both! Best employee EVER!

Absolutely loved it. There was only a 10 min wait to be seated. Food was reasonably price and came out hot and fresh. Our server Hannah was attentive. The restaurant was clean. Also the to go host Iyana was lovely and polite when placing a to go order. We will definitely be going back and I would give a thumbs up and recommend.

no very busy night. Many employees work. only 1 was good. the 2 others lack taste, taste and quality. My steak had more fat on it and was not properly cooked. Cajun Chicken Pasta was just chicken pasta. had no Cajun taste at all. very disappointed.

Food was good hot and tasty, I love the fact that my surfing and lawn was not salty, big portion size. Manger Yalonda is a model for all managers to follow, big smile, engaged, professional and show great leadership and service.
