O'charley's Restaurant Bar

My husband and I were just at the St. Charles MO location; we sat in the bar area and was served by the manager, LaShonda, this weekend. She just made our day: Such a beautiful smile, attention to service, just a great experience! We couldn 't have asked for a better experience. What a bright, shining light! (And, yes, the food was good, too AND: The young bartender, Melvin is just as awesome! We always try and sit in their bar section because of the great service with a smile! Love them both! Best employees EVER!!

Everything was good but I love O’Charley’s rolls and mine came flat! Just some feedback. Don’t stuff the rolls into these little containers! Rolls are meant to be fluffy, not flat! Update: This location did reach out to make it right. They offered a free appetizer for the flat rolls. I really appreciated the response to our issue.

my wife and daughter met my dad and oma for birthday dinner. he proposed the French dip and I am here to say that French dip was...Worte can not explain the cajun butter and monterey Jack cheese combination and the beef simply melted in the mouth. absolutely recommend that sandwich for anyone who is lookin, never back.

absolutely loved. there were only 10 minutes to sit. the food was cheap and came hot and fresh. our server hannah was attentive. the restaurant was clean. also the host iyana to go was nice and courteous when a place in to order to go order. we will definitely go back and I would give you one up and recommend. Our waiter was so friendly and funny, he was great! Our food was delicious. Cocktails took a bit to get to the table but he went ahead and brought us waters and apologized multiple times for the delay. Everything was delicious though and it was well worth it!

Me and my family and friends had a great time. Although the manager kept looking over at us like he wanted us to leave. I know we had been there for a while but we were celebrating a 60th birthday. But the service and the food was delicious.

Food was good hot and delicious, I love the fact my surf and turf was not salty, great portion size. Manger Yalonda is a model to follow for all managers, great smile, engaging, professional and display great leadership and service.
