We were seated promptly by a friendly hostess, but that's where the positives ended. After waiting 20 minutes without any server checking on us, we noticed one nearby who was busy serving everyone else. Instead of attending to our table, she frequently disappeared to the back lounge to chat with coworkers, check her phone, and eat. With no one attending to us, two members of our group went to the bar to grab drinks ourselves. After paying, we returned to our table, expecting at least some acknowledgment from our server, Lupita, but she didn’t come by to take our food order.

We were hungry and tired and staying at the hotel. We decided to come down for dinner and a drink. Since this is a hotel restaurant we didn 't expect it to be cheap, but both my husband and I work at a destination that has eight hotels, and although they range from Luxury to Value, ALL offer incredible food and cocktails regardless of price point. So... we expected the food and beverages to be good. I ordered a Now Boarding that had Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Ginger Beer, Lime, and Bitters. I stayed at the hotel and decided to give the restaurant a try. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, featuring great music and lovely views. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my chicken strips did not meet my expectations; they were overcooked, and the fries were just average. Overall, the meal was disappointing. I couldn't help but notice that other guests seemed to be enjoying their burgers, which looked really appetizing—I wish I had opted for that instead. The prices are a bit on the high side, but that's typical for a hotel restaurant. I'm not sure if I would dine here again.
Red bar is on the lobby floor of the Hyatt Regency at OHare and we were staying here the night before our early flight. We stopped in for wings and a flatbread. Wings were just ok, just a bit soggy for my taste. The veggie flatbread has quite a few veggies so that was good, but tbt crust is thicker like a hand tossed crust. Servers were super friendly and kept drinks coming when we wanted them so the 4 is a more a reflection of the good service.

A great bar can enhance an already fantastic hotel experience. The bar in the Hyatt opens at 4 PM, and you can only get drinks at the coffee shop before that. Seriously! The service here is outstanding, with skilled mixologists who are both friendly and attentive. The drinks are excellent! I will definitely be coming back!
Sigh, where do I start, how u make a salad but leave off half of the items that are supposed to be on the salad? A $20 salad on top of that??? And the service was not the best, no smiles, and acted like I shouldn't have asked for the items that I paid for! This place blows!
Great service which is totally on brand for a Hyatt joint. Good food selections including favorites like the O'Hare double patty burger, the grilled salmon, and the Impossible burger first time trying this and was surprisingly good.
Great food, great service. Very attentive and the portions were generous and tasty. Across our table we had nachos, shrimp tempura, and Caesar salad, each plate very different and all served together and made for a happy table.

This place is horrible! The servers are slow and ignore you if you're not White. It was the poorest customer service I ever had. The only reason I stayed is because my pregnant wife was hungry and exhausted.
