Came here on a whim with a friend and was pleasantly surprised! Okane Umi is a cozy and intimate spot that serves up fresh sushi rolls other dishes that are balanced and delicious. Parking: It wasn't too busy when we got there on a weekday evening, and parking was super easy in their spacious lot! Service: Our servers were very attentive. They constantly came by to fill our waters and never rushed us to pay and leave (we stayed for quite a while to chat and catch up! . Our food came out quickly as well! I dined here with my family for dinner, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is excellent, and the service was fantastic. The staff is hardworking and very welcoming. The yellowtail collar with ponzu sauce was seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous enough to share between two people. We also tried the tuna lover roll, which was fresh and of great quality! Although it was tasty, I would suggest requesting less pepper next time, as it was a bit overwhelming for my taste.

I've been visiting this restaurant for many years and have finally decided to write a review. Although it has changed ownership, the quality of the food remains excellent. Last night, one of our appetizers was delayed, and to make up for it, they generously offered us complimentary drinks and dessert. The sushi here is fantastic! I always have a wonderful time with my son and friends. The staff is quick to seat you and take your order, and once your food arrives, they give you the perfect amount of space—never making you feel rushed to finish. This truly is my happy place!
