Okonomiyaki CHIBO Restaurant

Giving 4 star only because the male owner is being kind.Food is ok. But I am very unhappy with the female waitress’s attitude. She is cold and impolite. Never brought me water or checked in on the order. And hastily brought me check when I am only half way through the meal, makes me feel like being chased out.In Waikiki where business is driven by tourists, a bad customer service is enough to drive people away regardless of the food quality.By the way, strongly recommend that they get a new supplier for mix green salad.

Wanted to try something new, so we happened into this restaurant. The waiter was very kind and helpful in assisting us in picking out food to try. I got the Okonomiyaki and my husband got the steak J'u and both were delicious! If this place were in my hometown I'd be a regular. Can't give it enough stars!

Attentive staff, prompt service, good okonomiyaki. Went during dinner time on a Friday evening but we were seated promptly. Staff were quick to take our orders. Atmosphere of the place is nothing too welcoming but not too bad either. Cold pitcher of Sapporo paired perfectly with the okonomiyaki.Food: 4/5

The Korean salad was super light and crunchy! The piña colada was creamy and sweet. The ahi tuna came with a light dipping sauce. The assorted seafood was perfectly grilled. The miso soup was ok. The perfect dinner of you want some seafood and salad!Food: 5/5
