We visited Old Lady Gang to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it turned out to be our worst dining experience ever. Although we were seated right away, we waited about 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order or asked about appetizers. Then, it took another 20-30 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. The appetizers were just okay, and considering the price, the portions were disappointingly small. Our entrees took nearly 45 more minutes to come out. We were a party of four and ordered two fried chicken meals, one rib tip meal, and one baked chicken meal. The fried chicken was overcooked and extremely dry, the baked chicken lacked any flavor or seasoning, and the rib tips were dry as well...
I arrived early, so the wait was minimal. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The overall atmosphere had a great vibe. The food was outstanding and cooked to perfection; my favorite dish was the chicken and waffles. The chicken was crispy and seasoned just the way I like it, and of course, I had to add hot sauce, as I love it on my chicken. The French toast paired perfectly with my meal, along with a side of delicious mac and cheese. I also tried the fried salmon bites for the first time, and they were fantastic. The sauce that accompanied them was exceptional, and the fried deviled eggs are a must-try—they're packed with flavor. Overall, I was very satisfied with both my meal...
Many patrons at the bar seemed to be enjoying themselves, and there was some good music playing. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and our waitress was not particularly attentive. She checked on us just once, and after that, we had to call her for assistance. Considering the restaurant wasn't busy, it was surprising that the service lagged.
As for the food, it was well-seasoned and enjoyable, although I wasn't a fan of the macaroni and cheese—it had an unexpected herb flavor that I didn't care for. The menu was not as extensive as I had anticipated, but it offered decent options. I forgot to snap a photo of the food, but portions were generous. I encourage you to try it out for yourself!
Food was real good. Lamb chops were a little salty for my liking but paired with the sweet potato souffle..could do no wrong. Mac n cheese was the perfect balance. And those fried green tomatos hit the spot. I really enjoyed my meal.Our server was amazing and very friendly. Good atmosphere although my personal opinion was that the furniture (tables chairs) were a little outdated and maybe even a little clinicial. For a spot serving soul food I would have anticipated a more comfy welcoming feel but thats just personal opinion.I would easily go again to try something new..good food..good brunch spot.

I got the fish dinner with mac n cheese and collard greens. The food was a little salty but had good flavor. The mac n cheese was pretty good but the collard greens were not that great to me. They had like a semi bitter and sweet taste to them at thesame time. They tasted like canned greens. I also didn't like that a 18% gratuity is already included on the ticket. I wanted totry an appetizer and dessert but I just refused to spend that much money on food. My dinner by itself was 28 dollars plus taxadd the gratuity and I spent about $35. I came, I went, and I won't probably go back.
The lambchops tasted like they were on a Gas Grill. They had to make them over 3 times because they did not understand med rare! when they brought them out the 1st time, they were nice and big. But because I asked them to make them correctly, they brought me out some skippy thin lamb chops. I was very disappointed. The only thing I enjoyed was my Long Island Ice Tea that I went to the bar while waiting, and my sons fried chicken. I will not be back. Waist of money if you looking for juicy lamb chops!
On the downside, the cornbread was a bit dry, almost as if it had been sitting around for a day. Our server was knowledgeable and accommodating, but he seemed a bit scattered; we often had to flag him down to place our orders or request things, since we weren’t sure when he would return. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this place. I’ve heard great things about this location, and it certainly lived up to the hype!
The food was amazing. There service was impeccable. Didn't know gratuity was included. We tiped. Our waitress told us that the gratuity was included. We told her to keep it. I love honesty people. Definitely recommend this place. We were on vacation from Saint Louis. My fiance wanted to stop on our drive to Orlando. Was not disappointed.Food: 5/5

I was able to stop in at this location after my flight to Atlanta. I was able to come in and was sat at the bar in about 15 minutes or less. I ordered my food to go and it was ready to go in 30 minutes. I enjoyed the food. It was all good. I had theshrimp and grits, crab cake and bananas foster.
Food was great. I definitely recommend the lamb chops. Customer service from waitress not so much. There was only waitress working every table. She took our orders and drink but did not come back until we asked for the bill.Food: 5/5
