Tonight, my family of five, including three young children, dined at this restaurant. Our server, Brian, was exceptional—hands down the best we've ever had. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly respectful, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Brian made us feel welcome and helped ease our nerves about dining out with little ones. Thank you, Brian, for your outstanding service; I hope management recognizes your talent soon. I also want to extend my gratitude to the kitchen staff for preparing and serving our food in a timely manner.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, but it certainly won't be my last. My family had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We asked for the kids' meals to be served quickly to keep them entertained, and they arrived in just a few minutes. The food was delicious, and the prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering that the cost includes soup or salad, the main course, and an ice cream dessert.

During our vacation, we met some family for dinner, and we all ordered the Alfredo. Unfortunately, it was the worst we've ever had. The sauce wasn’t prepared properly—it was overly greasy, and it seemed like it had been reheated, as it was served lukewarm. The only positive aspect of our meal was the bread. Fall is upon us ... rain was coming in.. decided to enjoy our first pasta plates of the season with family at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The restaurant was hopping. The service was great , food was fresh and affordable. I took some chocolate cake home fordessert... I really appreciate that the portion size was big. Will definitely go again

Had a great experience at this point. Our server Elaina (not sure to spell, was very friendly and helpful and we left with a great experience because of her. The interior is beautiful and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a mood changer and that's why we're back.

Oh no! I was served cold, hastily prepared mizithra dishes. I'm really disappointed because I used to love this place. The broccoli mizithra, toasted ravioli, and my spaghetti with chicken marsala were all cold, which made the buttery cheese stiff and unappetizing.

This location never disappoints! You can't go wrong with the spinach and meat tortellini. The portions are large (I always take 1/2 home for later) and one low price includes bread, soup or salad, entree and dessert. Our waiter was awesome and on top of it! A Reserva una mesa ahora

This is a fantastic restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. The portion sizes are generous, and the desserts are excellent as well. Highly recommended!
