I regret to say that my experience at Olde Towne Pizza Company was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, and I stood in awkward silence, waiting to be acknowledged by the seemingly busy staff despite only two customers at the bar. The customer service was lackluster, and they even forgot to include my dessert in the order, which required me to make an additional trip.The food was equally disappointing. The chicken wings were dry, and the spinach artichoke rolls tasted like they were filled with Tostito's Spinach Dip. The real letdown, though, was the pizza. The dough was over-salted and over-greased, making it hard to chew, and it smelled like cafeteria schoo...

I’ve ate here several time before with my sons and sometimes by myself. However, I didn’t always feel comfortable at times with the waiter or waitress but there’s different strokes for different folks. Today I placed an order for a large cheese pizza to go. I always call in advance when it’s a to go order because of the parking or sometimes I may be in a rush. This particular time when I pick my order up, my pizza was not cooked all the way underneath. I brought my pizza back and informed whomever what the problem was. He informed me that he’ll make the pizza over. Ok, no problem. I waited in my truck for the pizza to bake. When I felt the pizza was ready, I went inside to retrieve my food....

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars mainly because the service leaves much to be desired. However, the food is consistently outstanding. We usually order the Detroit-style pizza, and the burrata on top adds a deliciously cheesy touch. I’ve never had to wait long for my orders, and the restrooms are well-maintained. The location could really benefit from improved air conditioning and better customer service. I visit knowing the service might not be great, but the delicious food makes it worthwhile. Also, some of the tables could use repairs, as they are a bit wobbly.

First off food was amazing!! Also me and my friend walked a few miles in 90 degree weather and we got here about 30 minutes early and they offered us to come inside so we wouldn’t burn up and offered us drinks early. Nicest staff ever! We will come again Olivia is the sweetest person I meet. Definitely an angel Reserva una mesa ahora

Delicious food from a stone oven! I would rate it an 8.3—definitely one of the best in the area. The staff is really friendly as well!

Great spot! Good pizza! They put some giant TVs outside too. The kids really like sitting outside. It's a cool patio area for sure!
