Olde Village Free House

The service was excellent, but the food left much to be desired. I ordered nachos and Yorkshire dippers, and both were overcooked. The Yorkshire dippers were burnt and too crispy instead of soft, which caused my mom to have a hard time eating them. The nachos were similarly overcooked, with the cheese being virtually nonexistent; it was baked until it was completely dry, and there were hardly any toppings at all. I had appetizers here once before and had a similar experience with overcooking and burnt food.

It was a pleasant surprise, indeed! We were strolling around Main Street and entering to this place was totally worth it! I had the Bone-In Pork Chop from the daily specials menu...and it was mouth-watering...cooked to perfection. My friends had the stir fried rice with beef and the liver with mashed potatoes on the side. Everything was delicious. Reasonably priced too!

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Our server was friendly and courteous, although there were a few mistakes, which might have been due to a lack of attentiveness. Regardless, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, which perfectly matched the restaurant's name.

we love the OV. food is always a hit, they never miss on the drinks!! mozzarella triangles and jalepeno poppers are to die for. get extra dill dip, for anything on the menu?they should get a few extra sets of darts so people can play darts when they want to! Reserva una mesa ahora

I bit more of an old school tavern or bar atmosphere to be in. The food has always been good, and fairly priced. I've enjoyed a few meals here and really cannot complain. Expect a more mature crowd inside this place too.
