I've heard people say this place has great food, and it's reasonable. The only problem is I never saw anyone in there! I live close by and walk by often. I have a friend staying with me, and I mentioned to her that I wanted to try this place. She was game. Wouldn't you know it! The day we go there every table but one is occupied. So we grab the last table, order up nacho's and a chimichanga for myself. The nachos were fantastic. My Chimichango was not deep fried, but rather baked. It was different but good, as was the salad it came with. Actually the salad was fantastic. We also had the tortilla with ice cream. My friend said that was a easy desert to make at home, but was good here. I had read negative reviews on the server going out for a smoke. She did, I can't say I really smelled the smoke on her when she came back. It didn't bother me, because we weren't lacking in service, the food was awesome. Yes, that isn't professional at all....but this a family run place...and rather a good deal!

Tired and looking to eat dinner in New Westminster after nine pm on a Friday night. Driving down 12th and Ole Ole was open. Remembering that their nachos were really good we stopped by. Ordered a beef quesadilla, chorizo nachos and spinach/vegetable soup, The first spoonful of soup was a memory maker. Such a surprise and we wanted more. The nachos are the best in our opinion. They did not disappoint! Then the quesadilla arrived. Beef in quesadilla is like a pot roast, tender with just enough cheese to bring it together.Thinking we were done the owner suggested we share a dessert we agreed. He brought out a light flan with a flavoured caramel sauce. Surprised by just how much we loved it all. We'll be back and will bring others!

We went early to eat around 4:30 pm on a Wednesday night and no one was there but sat ourselves. An elder man greeted us however even with his sweetness he could not really communicate when I asked him questions. We loved the dishes we ate. We ordered Mole enchiladas which we will definitely return for, My son enjoyed carnitas and he really enjoyed the mole enchiladas and will order it again. For dessert we ordered the caramel flan which is a must order. It has a sauce that might have rum in it as it light and amazing and we talked about it even after we left as it was so good. The prices are very good and the food we ordered we really would return for. It is not a fancy place but would definitely return for the food we had.

I recommend the papusas and my fave is the enchiladas rojas. I really like their homemade hot sauce! The nachos are great and the staff is friendly.
