We would have understood if the restaurant was busy or understaffed; however, we were just one of two tables present when these issues occurred. If this had been a one-time incident, I wouldn’t be writing this review, but unfortunately, this Olga's has significant room for improvement before it becomes worth visiting again. Shelby helped me the other evening and I tell you the girl is something extraordinary. She was so polite, professional and kind. Shelby is the reason I would return to this location because she is the perfect example of how Excellent Customer Service is displayed. On top of that the food was delicious.
