Olive Garden - Reservar una mesa

Yesterday my family and I visited the olive garden at 4 pm 2156 North Woods Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29406. We had a big party with a total of about 15 people children and adults. Our waiter was Dakotah K. We got salad that had hair in it. My 9-year-old nephew had brought him to our attention after the salad had eaten 90 percent. (Please see the photo attached) Our waiter was not there, but several other workers. We told a worker, a woman, and she said she'd get a manager. She never returned or returned with a manager. We advise our waiter when he came back and nothing has been done yet. He totally ignored it. Then we saw one of the managers over and advised her of the hair and everything...

It is amazing how down hill this restaurant has gone. The food was so spoiled. No taste, parts were too expensive. I know everybody's being charged more today. But if I'm gonna pay, I want it to be worth the money. Skin on the sauce, everything you taste is cheese, no matter what you order. Unfortunately, we're going somewhere else. 4,00 for glass sweet tea? 16.00 for 5 ravioli? Really? And the waitress didn't stop saying. Not professional if I could rate the food a zero.

The food was delicious, the waitress must have had a free day. She forgot our appetizers who never came) after eating our salad. The waitress comes back and asks if we want our check. I didn't even get our ducks. If it wasn't for the food and the bottle of wine. That would have been a disaster.

The ladies at the bar were fantastic! I went in there late at night and sat at the bar and only got soup and salad. Despite only having a $10 bill I wasn?t treated any differently and we had a great conversation

Had lunch with my sister in law. We had the endless salad and soup. Which was delicious. Our waiter was such a nice guy.
