Our office has lunch here once in a while, and every single time we choose to eat here, they always leave something out of order. This time, they forgot a soup. The food is always great, but our orders are always incomplete. UPDATE After my previous review, I was contacted by Paige, who is in charge of Guest Relations for Olive Garden. She was kind enough to gift me an EGift Card in amends for our last visit. I visited the same location tonight, for dinner, and the food was great, and our server was incredibly attentive. The front staff and managers are very friendly. However, the service is HORRIBLE. I try my best to find positives about restaurants that i visit, but all of my experiences here have been terrible. The only reason it received 2 stars is because the food. If you enjoy receiving your soup, salad, and appetizers BEFORE your meal, find a different location because that won't happen here. Savor your drink too, because it won't get filled until you're done with dinner.
I came with my in-laws and my fiancé once again and the experience did not improve from previous times. The service constantly failed us every time they would go get something for us they would take very very long periods of time. The food was good as usual which is expected from a franchise restaurants. I just feel the service was so bad that not even the food being good made up for the bad experience.
I came here knowing what I was going to get (soup, salad, and breadsticks) and it was outstanding. The server was really great. We didn't go long with empty plates or glasses before they were refilled. Some of my party got entrees from the menu which they managed to eat all of as well. Overall great experience at this location.

Ever since I was a child, I have adored this place. Maybe my review is a bit biased, but to me, there's nothing better than enjoying unlimited Pasta e Fagioli and bread, followed by a delicious main dish and a Bellini tea on a lovely Sunday with my girlfriend.
The food at this restaurant was excellent! The Fettuccine could have used a bit more salt and pepper, but other than that it was amazing. The breadsticks were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The service was prompt and attentive. Thank you!
This Olive Garden is the best in the country! It is always bustling with activity. The customer service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
Great service but very plain food including salads with pale green and lots of white lettuce. Is this a new trend in Italy and Italian restaurants or did the garden in OG die?
