I recently visited for lunch with my two kids, and we decided to try the Favorites Menu during the week. Unfortunately, I found the prices quite high, which was difficult for my tight budget. My order was mediocre at best, and I actually think that some frozen items from the store taste better. However, I will say that the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and spacious.
I wasn't impressed with the salad because of the house dressing; I had specifically requested it on the side. The lasagna was disappointing as well, consisting of only four bites in a portion that measured about 5x3 inches. Visited this popular Italian restaurant chain in Jonesboro for lunch. Is it authentic Italian that you would get at a more high-end restaurant, obviously not but it is not bad for a chain restaurant. I always get the spaghetti with meat sauce and sometype of meat like Italian sausage or grilled chicken with my meal. My kids enjoy eating here too as they have a variety ofthings that they will eat. They're one of the restaurants in town with a liquor license so you can enjoy alcoholic drinks likewine with your meal. Honestly, not a bad spot.
Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was consistent with what you'd expect from Olive Garden. However, the restrooms could use some more attention in terms of cleanliness. During my visit, there was a problem with the air conditioning unit, but it only became an issue for those sitting in the affected area. The restaurant and management handled the situation well, making efforts to keep guests comfortable and supporting their staff in managing the heat.

Olive Garden consistently provides me with a good experience. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, even though she was quite busy. The manager came by to check on her performance, and we praised her. Overall, it was a lovely lunch. However, I've noticed that portion sizes have decreased over the past few years.
I enjoy dining here because they offer several vegetarian options, and the breadsticks are vegan-friendly. The food is good, and the staff is excellent. While the drinks and vegetable soup could use some improvement, I will definitely be coming back.
We ordered the calamari, and it was simply delightful. There were four of us in our group, and each person was very satisfied with their meal. Since it wasn't busy during lunch today, we were seated promptly, and our food was served quickly.
Waitress Destiny was wonderful. Ate 2 bowls of soup, skipped my lunch or it in to go box, and ate this delicious dessert! Nice relaxing atmosphere!

The service is outstanding, they adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols effectively, and the food is reliably delicious.
The food was delicious and hot. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Great place to eat with the family.
