The staff here is EXTREMELY rude they seem like they hate eachother and their costumers but expect a good tip? Samantha with the red hair and young with the nasty attitude the insane amount of makeup and the girl with black hair, black glasses and short, I believe her name is corri but I can be mistaken, should be fired. I came in 3 time within this month and I feel completely disrespected everytime. I’m going to take it up to cooperate. What is this olive gardens problem with being decent people. However, yesterday was a pleasant surprise! We finally enjoyed our meal there and felt it was worth the price. During our earlier visits, which were on weekdays and outside of peak hours, the service was consistently lacking. Yet yesterday, despite being in the middle of the lunch rush, the service was excellent. It’s unfortunate that consistent service quality is crucial for a great dining experience. I left a 30% tip for our server yesterday as a reflection of our positive experience.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the service is fast. I want to give a special mention to our server, Maryanne, who promptly brought a cloth soaked in Club Soda to help remove a red sauce stain from my sweater. My granddaughter and I both loved our Eggplant Parmesan, which came with unlimited salad and tasty homemade breadsticks. The price for both meals was quite reasonable. I will definitely return to this restaurant during our next visit to Watertown!

Olive Garden always delivers a great experience! The location in Watertown was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server, Tiffany, was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I dined in for lunch, and it was a delightful meal. The price range is about $30 to $50 per person. Highly recommended!
