Olive Garden Italian

I haven't had Olive Garden in a very long time, and I remember why after this recent visit. Food is either flavorless or too salty, service is bad, and restaurant is dirty. We were seated in a booth with food on the ground and we weren't going to complain at first but then it got really uncomfortable how we had to sit to avoid stepping in the food. They came and swept the floor after we complained but shouldn't the floor, table, and seats be cleaned after each table finishes dining? On top of that, the cloth napkin was damp which I didn't realized until my lap was wet. We came for dinner on MLK Day, the restaurant was very busy so there was a wait, which we didn't mind. The hostess were pleasant and kept us abreast of our table's availability. When we finally got seated, our waiter immediately greeted us and took our drink and starter order. We had soup and salad, which bother were very good. Of course this comes with their amazing bread sticks, which you can't eat just one. I ordered the herb crusted salmon topped with mushroom with a side of spaghetti. The salmon was bursting with flavors and with the added mushroom took the dish up another level. Disappointing Experience at Olive Garden Montebello, CA My recent visits to the Olive Garden branch in Montebello, CA left much to be desired. Despite being a loyal customer, I encountered numerous issues that detracted from the dining experience. Communication regarding reservations was inconsistent, leading to frustration upon arrival. Additionally, the reception desk staff lacked professionalism, resulting in lengthy wait times for orders and incomplete food deliveries. The restroom facilities were also disappointingly unsanitary. Overall, the service and cleanliness standards at this location fell far below expectations. I hope to see improvements in the future.

I use to frequent this Olive Garden, but the last few times, the service was beyond horrible. I recently visited this location and I must say, everything was great. I need to mention our server Dania. She was quick to acknowledge us, and our drinks and breadsticks were out in literally a few minutes. Our food was great, and she came around with refills of our drinks. She must have checked in with us at least 4-5 times with a kind smile making sure we're ok. I need to add in that the restaurant was pretty busy. Good service really makes your dining experience feel elevated. Our family will be back. I hope our next server will be just as great.

The service was wonderful, I believe our waitress' name is Jada. She was a total delight.
