I guess they were a new Restaurant and trying to for that upscale elegance atmosphere. I didn't return until I was around the age of 29 in the year of 2001/2002 at the same location, but this time meat wasn't extra. The food was still horrible but the salads were always Great. The worst service ever. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and we decided on this location because of convenience and no wait time. So we sit, we order, and we wait. And wait. And wait. After inquiring via another waitress, we found out our waitress left and we had no idea. The food never came out. We asked for the manager and he said the waiter had to leave for a family emergency. Obviously, that would've been good to know 30 minutes ago. They brought the food out 20 minutes later. They gave us 15.00 off the cost because of the inconvenience. The food was quite good, but unfortunately, the service provided by Aiyanna H. left much to be desired. From the start, she had a poor attitude and did not meet the level of service we typically receive at this restaurant, where we dine almost weekly. Because of this experience, I chose to leave a $5 tip, but she complained about it publicly at our table and even at other tables nearby. Additionally, some of us didn’t finish our drinks because she rushed us to leave, saying she needed to clean up. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I was hoping to enjoy a lovely day with my girlfriend and her family for Mother's Day.
Olive Garden has consistently impressed me for years. Their American-Italian cuisine is always delicious and well-seasoned. They offer great deals for those on a budget, as well as some higher-end options for special occasions. The staff is very friendly, and the location is beautiful, situated in the nicest part of town. I recently celebrated my firefighter friend's recovery here after he suffered a serious injury when he was struck by a vehicle during a call. Thankfully, he is doing much better now!

Visited this location and was pleased with the server, food, and atmosphere of this location. The food was very tasty, the location was clean and inviting. The staff was exceptional from the time I entered the door until I left. Excellent customer service from my waitress. She was tentative to our needs, took our order in a timely manner, and was quick and informative about menu options and suggestions. I’ll be back!!!
NEVER EVER in my life will I return to this location! They had nothing needed to go with your sides as in ketchup, bbq sauce, napkins etc. anything me and my family asked for. It was not available. Also, watch your receipt. They tried to over change me 25$ on food I didn’t order and games my son wasn’t playing.
The food was outstanding! Bri was our server, and she was friendly and attentive despite being busy. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a disturbance when some patrons got into an argument while we were dining, but they left soon after, which improved the atmosphere. It was also quite chilly inside, though.
My first visit to this Olive Garden location and the food, staff, and atmosphere was OUTSTANDING! Our waitress recommended the shrimp/chicken pasta that was mesmerizing delicious ?. I will definitely revisit. To the staff, thank you ?

The food was ok. The atmosphere was ok. The wait staff was visibly upset we bothered her to get the check and process our payment.
It was the quickest, friendliest Olive Garden I have been to. My food was even hot and not left out under a warmer to dry out.
