Olive Garden Italian

Hadn't been to an Olive Garden for several years after a couple not so great experiences in the Cities area.We decided to try this Eau Claire location and have to say it was one of the best meals we have had out since the pandemic ended.Server (Jordan ?sp) was great with perfect timing and flow of service.Fried Calamari app was tasty. Ice teas were all tasty for the guys (flavored and regular). I had a nice red blend wine from Italy.We all had pastas with the salad and bread sticks that still taste amazing. Chocolate Mousse Cake to top it off with four forks to share made for a perfect finish.We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Very disappointed with the management in training he appeared to be on some type of stimulant he hovers around and could not quite twitch ing my wife and I are counselor s . He needs help . Otherwise our waitress and food were wonderful especially to people with glitter thanku for the food and our waitress sincerely Mr.Sparkles:

Updated Review.Olive garden reached out to me to resolve the issues I've encountered. The effort they go through to resolve problems speaks volumes to me. Any restaurant that puts genuine effort towards improving its service is worth 5 stars. because even if they aren't now, they will certainly get there soon.

We had a delightful dinner last night at this restaurant. We enjoyed the minestrone soup and salad with breadsticks. The flavor of the soup has changed slightly from the recipe 8 years ago, but it was still good. Our waitress was excellent and deserves a perfect 10 for her service. She was great! This is a very good Olive Garden and we frequent it often. Sometime eating in and other times do carryout. This visit was very good. We told them we had an appointment and they were very courteous, prompt and got us served with time to spare. We highly recommend it.

We were honored to be served a free meal on Veterans Day. Olive garden is to be commended for serving a free meal for veterans.The meal was very generous and the car side service was great.

Server never asked if we’d like more soup or breadsticks, felt like she avoided our table until food came out. Not sure why it’s called unlimited when you don’t even get a chance for more.

We had an amazing server named Michael who was incredibly kind and accommodating. He truly made our dining experience exceptional.

The service and food at this restaurant are excellent. Be sure to order the shrimp scampi - it's fantastic.
