Shift Cyclery Coffee

Oh boy. The scene at Shift this morning is just not cutting it. I've been waiting for my coffee drink order for 20 minutes. They only have three staff members – one is mixing batter, one is complaining to customers about their order delays, and only one is actually making drinks. And this is all happening on a busy Saturday morning during graduation season. Shift really needs to step up their game in the big city.

I took my bike to SHIFT's bike shop team for a much-needed overhaul and repairs after it had been sitting unused for about a year. The team was extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the repair process, especially when a new part was required. This local business is fantastic and has definitely gained a loyal customer in me. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and friendly, and the iced latte was truly delightful. The best part was that they have a tricycle for kids to ride around while parents enjoy their coffee. Overall, a fantastic spot!

I love shift. The best coffee in Eau Claire, the best latte in Eau Claire. Baristas know how to handle the espresso machine. Alternative milk options are available (almond milk oatmilk. Nice baked good options too.

Love this downtown EC coffee shop! Great atmosphere with plenty of space to work, study or read while sipping a brew. Location is convenient, prices are competitive and the menu is extensive.

Our coffee drinks were disgusting. The 4 coffee drinks we ordered took over 30 minutes to make even though we were the only customers.
