Yet another Scoopon deal! This time we purchased a $49 for a three course meal drinks for four people. Located a bit past Windy Point, the drive to this restaurant was beautiful, relaxing and thrilling(all them turns at night was quite difficult since there were next to 0 street lights . <br/ <br/ The restaurant was quite small with only a few tables, but that's no surprise as it is located in pretty deserted area. Apparently they are more known for take-away and delivery. Food Lovely Service needs attention. Purchased a $29 Scoopon 3 courses a soft drink, for 2 people.<br/ <br/ The food itself was beautiful! The Onion Bhaji Vegetable Samosa entrees were fresh, hot and delicious.<br/ For our mains, we chose Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken both were absolutely divine and were served with steamed rice and 2 servings of Garlic Naan Bread. Desert was a Mango Ice cream on a popsicle stick obviously home made and very enjoyable as something different in a restaurant setting.<br/ <br/ Only 2 complaints Firstly, there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant. Much better than some of these reviews suggest. I too had a groupon voucher and I was a bit nervous about buying it based on some of these reviews. I did have to ring a couple of times to make a booking but that was also complicated by it being near Christmas.<br/ <br/ Now we did go at 5:30pm on a Sunday when the restaurant had just opened and was empty. However, we didn't have to wait at all for our food. The starter platter was pretty good (the fish being the massive weak point) and we had beef masala and beef bhuna for our mains and they were good too. Purchased a three course dinner with a glass of house wine or soft drink from Groupon and must say the experience was average. The food was quite good and all of us enjoyed our meals, however, the entrees were inconsistent. Some were far bigger than others. We also did not receive the dal makhani that was supposed to be included in the offer and we had to ask for the bowl of rice the offer included also. The service was quite slow, it took over an hour for the mains to arrive. Overall, despite the slow service and inconsistent food servings, the food was quite tasty and we did enjoy ourselves. The 5 stars are for being a great meal at exceptionally good prices. When you see the '6 courses for $9.99 ' you think dodgy soggy curry. But not so with this place! Had some delish strips of naan with daal for entree, two samosas and a yummy vindaloo with rice for mains. Add this a chickpea salad and mango ice cream for desert this could be the best value meal in Adelaide. The curries are great as is the samosa and onion bhagi. Six course for 3 people, some extra naan and 3 glasses of wine for $52. Great stuff!

Every once in a while, a great place makes you want to write a review. This is one of them. If you like a simple yet hearty meal, this is the place to go. Being a small family business, service is slow. But well worth the wait. The garlic naans were fantastic, and the bread fresh. Their curries have a good mix of spices that are not too finely blended, making it taste true to authentic. This brought me back to the homemade curries in North India.

Used a Groupon voucher tonight..... food absolutely delicious. Unfortunately was freezing cold in restaurant and staff didn't seem that interested in serving or explaining dishes. As food so good might think if going again but with so many Indian restaurants around it ends up being about the experience and staff

A great local Belair restaurant. The food was great -tasty with a food choice. We tried their $9.90 three course meal and were very pleasantly surprised. We bought a few extras as we felt guilty given the value and decent serves. Well worth a try. Reserva una mesa ahora

We came here for dinner for a group of 6 we had a Groupon voucher and it was fantastic value including entree, main and dessert as well as plenty if rice and naan. The food was delicious and service great. We will definitely come back.

Enjoyable. I used a $39 coupon for a 3 course meal the staff were really nice and the food was great!! Such great value I don't know how people can complain about paying $19.50 each 3 courses with sides and wine!? I will be going back.
