We were very happy to finally go to dinner again. consciously we picked up this little place, because for everyone something was on the map what addressed him. We were kindly greeted and the place is really cute. Unfortunately, however, some of the few foods were not there on our day, which was really bad. And if there were 3 table offers then also boch one off, unfortunately, the selection is very limited.... for the children there was nothing so unfortunately, since neither Tiramisu nor wallnuts came into question for the two. The main dishes we then chose were qualitatively ok, nothing super special but good edible. The service temporarily seemed a little planned and unorganized, a pity, we'll give you another chance next year and call us before we can say what we want to eat and drink.... then maybe everything will work...

Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wirklich lange schon nicht mehr so sehr gut gegessen. Das Gericht (Rinderfilet) war perfekt Medium rare gebraten und ein Genuss! Der Eigentümer nett und freundlich, ebenso das bedienende Personal. Ein schöner Abend, nebst Anekdoten, Geschichten und einer Hausführung durch den Eigentümer. Preis-Leistung TOP. Vielen Dank A thoroughly successful evening. Haven 't eaten that well in a really long time. The dish (beef tenderloin) was roasted to perfection medium rare and a treat! The owner nice and friendly, as well as the serving staff. A beautiful evening, along with anecdotes, stories and a tour of the house by the owner. Price-performance TOP. Many Thanks

We are only a few days in Bad Segeberg and discovered The Olive: It shines with a selected and varied offer. We were also very fond of the friendly and facing service and the tasty dishes that significantly exceeded our expectations. All in beautiful old rooms. But the clou are the olives with bread, which were put into secret recipe, we had not tasted before. Very recommended!

Small restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. All dishes were freshly prepared and tasted very well. Especially the antipasti cellar. We like to come back. We believe that a reservation is advisable.

So the food is delicious and beautifully dressed. The service is mega nice and sympathetic, unfortunately somewhat very restructured. We had a very long waiting time. If you know, you can adjust.
