We visited this Oliver Brown for the third time, but I'm unsure if the service issues were due to a price increase or inflation. My husband ordered the mushroom bruschetta, which was advertised with a picture showing two pieces. He had ordered this in the past and received two pieces, but this time they only served one. When we inquired about it, they mentioned it was either two small pieces or one large piece. I also requested my almond croissant to be lightly toasted, but it seemed like that request was overlooked, and it arrived quite burnt. Every time i visit this cafe and i have the barista that was working last night it is a terrible experience. She makes sure to make you feel unwelcome, closes the door at 9.30pm and tells customers its closed. She should let the other baristas have more hours they have customers service skills. Manager look in to why you advertise 10pm close time yet this staff member always turns the coffee off at 9.30pm and is rude!
Waited 40 minutes just for two coffees and two cakes. The entire store is only focused on online delivery orders. A bunch of in-house guests were just waiting and no one paid attention. The blond Asian staff is disgusting and brushes his hair and face with his hands every 1 minute.
Beautiful cafe, yummy food with great presentation! Really nice staff!This place is on the ground floor just opposite to the car park so just park your car and get in how easy is that!They have outdoor and indoor sitting arrangements with really nice ambiance!I loved the place!

I absolutely love this place! The carrot cake and cappuccino are fantastic. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. I've tried the Tutti Frutti waffle, fruity waffle, and a plain croissant, and they were all delicious. Highly recommend!
great weather to be outdoor. even though they are next to a major high way, it's not too noisy outside.the ice green tea latte was a bit too sweet for me but cold drinks were perfect today. my friend ordered a coffee.
When I first went here, the Asian employees were very rude to my friend and I made sly comments behind his return. at the second opportunity the son was good, but the employee who brought them had a cheerful cough.
This is a wonderful spot to relax with a coffee and catch up with friends. The decor is inviting, and the coffee is exceptional. Ratings: Food - 5/5, Service - 5/5, Atmosphere - 5/5. Highly recommended!
