A $46.00 server ticket turned into a $47.38 credit card charge at the register. On questioning the difference I got told (with immediate attitude) 3% service charge . That was a surprise since I generally notice small print to this effect on menus and suchlike, so I inquired where the charge is posted and the cashier said words to the effect I don 't know where it is written down . This is a fantastic spot for breakfast! I ordered the Omega Skillet, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is inviting, and the portion sizes are generous—especially considering the affordable prices. There’s also a great selection of pastries at the entrance counter. This restaurant can easily accommodate larger groups as well. The staff is attentive, regularly stopping by our table for refills and to clear away plates. One unique touch is that they serve a shortcake at the start of the meal instead of the usual bread, which is a nice bonus!
I had a really unpleasant experience at the restaurant because of the waiter. He rushed me and took my plate away even though I wasn't finished eating. I left him a tip that reflected his service, but he didn't seem to appreciate it. After I left, he actually followed me outside and insulted me in Spanish, saying that he needed a bigger tip.

These people have mastered the restaurant industry. The food is excellent, the restaurant is clean and visually appealing, and they make a commendable effort to practice social distancing. The servers and bus staff are the best in the business. I had a genuinely enjoyable meal. Thank you to everyone involved!
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Horrible food and horrible services! There was hair on my fries, the lady working in the cash register doesn’t acknowledge me and goes ahead and attends someone that just arrived when I had been waiting for 5 mins. Ridiculous change this service!
My tuna melt was good and my husband liked the pattie melt. The service was alright. Not the best. Even though it's a 24 hour restuarant. The server rushed us a bit. Because she was getting off.
Amazing place for family breakfast, lunch and dinner! Always so friendly and helpful service, and delicious food! Through the years and years!
