Omelette Parlor - Reservar una mesa

We went here on a whim Sunday Morning. It was hopping, but the wait time was only 15-20 minutes. I ordered the Pat's Thunderbird omelet. It's 3 fluffy eggs, sausage, tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, rolled in a tortilla shell and smothered in a pork green chili. It comes with potatoes, hash browns, or fruit. I asked for fruit, no tortilla, and green chili on the side (see picture). My daughter ordered the Godfather: Italian sausage, mozzarella, tomatoes, oregano, in 3 fluffy eggs, smothered in marinara; with potatoes. The omelets were enormous and so very good!! We ate less than half our omelets, respectively, and took home leftovers. Than we had them for lunch, and still only ate 1/3-1/2...

Best breakfast in Colorado Springs! Our waitress was named Rochelle and she was amazing. Not only did she do her job well, but she took the time to give us recommendations about sights in the city. When my son ordered two pancakes, she told him how big they were. She saved us money because he couldn't even finish one! We will definitely come back. A Colorado Springs is easy.

I think I just found my favorite breakfast place. It's a little chaotic in there, we sat next to the register so we were standing next to us all the time. The food is delicious! And so big parts. I didn't expect such a huge pancake! And the potatoes are so good!! Everything was very good and I can't wait to go back! And we didn't wait so long to sit down!

I had the Pikes Pick, ham, eggs, potatoes. Very good. The Ham is a nice thick slice. The potatoes are slices and can be picked up individually with your fingers or fork. An eclectic, bright, clean place to eat. Friendly servers, good coffee, orange juice is fresh squeezed. There are no tables with chairs, only booths. It was tight for a heavy like me.

OP! Server went out of her way to give us recommendations on fun activities to do during our visit. OP is the kind of classic breakfast restaurant that everyone wishes they have in their own neighborhood. You know it’s good when it’s busy at 8:30am on a weekday. Other than this… portions are big, coffee is hot, and staff are friendly!

This place was on the top of my list for the best breakfast we had in Colorado. The food was absolutely delicious and the place feels like home. We truly loved our experience at this restaurant. I am still thinking about those potatoes and the fresh squeezed OJ. We will definitely be back here when we are in Colorado again. So good!

Wow, I had a specialty breakfast of cinnamon roll pancake. Each month they have a different flavor. April they have carrot cake pancake. The waffles are great. I came at 11:30am so just before the lunch rush on a Friday. The atmosphere is casual comfortable. Glad I stopped ‍

Cosy, great diner. Generous portions really good food (and **** Mary). Waitstaff was great every time. You also take Apple Pay, G Pay etc decent green chili! 100% recommend when you think about stopping by.

Honestly probably one of the best breakfast places in the city! Large homemade orange juice, coffee with French vanilla creamer huge for me excellent service. Large pancakes that turn flavors!

Friendly servers. The food was prepared with care. Hardy servings come hungry. I had the chicken fried steak with thick bacon. Excellent experience!
