There are various fast food choices, among them KFC and Tim Hortons, the latter offers breakfast, lunch sandwiches and bagels, cold drinks and coffee. The rest area is clean, including the washrooms. There is a very large seating area and it also is equipped with a convenience store that offers chips, candies, cold canned and bottled drinks as well as Canadian souvenirs such as t-shirts, maple syrup, postcards, etc. After resting up you can refuel at the huge gas bar that offers diesel as well. There is also a rest area for people traveling in RVs.

We stopped at the OnRoute to grab breakfast. Only Tim Hortons and the Market were open. It was a Sunday morning and not overly busy - however the service at Tim Hortons was extremely slow. We could see 5 employees at the front. We stood in line for 15minutes and the line did not move at all. There were many machines beeping. A lot of people left. Eventually we decided to leave too as neither the coffee line nor the sandwich line moved at all. We opted for a pre-made snack at the Market. Expensive - $19 for 2 bottles of water and 2 parfait yogurts.

boy, eh... I'm 11 years in Canada and have visited many Tim's over the country. This one was absolutely below all expectations. You do not expect to have to wait 25 minutes in a line at a major highway for something simple as a breakfast.Once we actually were in the position of ordering, the mess was complete. We had to walk away and go to the A&W for breakfast.They're abysmal in service. Un-be-lie-ve-able!

The OnRoute in Napanee is a nice place to stop on a drive from Downeast to Toronto. We always stop here to grab a Coffee and maybe a snack. The bathrooms are always clean and the food areas are kept clean too. It's really nice to be able to stop and get a coffee, use the bathroom, and grab some gas all in one stop. On a Saturday morning went in and ordered an egg sandwich from the Tim's, 15 mins later they told me that they had run out of eggs and just gave me an English muffin with cheese in it. When I asked for a refund they told me it was impossible. Avoid unless you feel like testing your patience!

I stopped at 3 ONroute stops over 2 days (and 300 km) and consistently the restrooms were dirty, the Wifi was clumsy to use and weak, and the food options were average. The only thing I can say on the positive side is that they are convenient.

Bel endroit pour arrêter proche de la 401. L'endroit est propre et bien entretenue. Possibilité de manger ou de prendre un café. C'est très achalandé durant l'heure des repas. Les toilettes sont propres.

the staff is very grumpy. they do not get your orders correct the store is very dirty. they do not clean they place very quickly. i saw a customer almost slip on some butter that was on the floor. Reserva una mesa ahora

Restrooms were on the dirty side - food was adequate - but only just. Prices are higher than at comparable locations off the highway.

Great rest stop, lots of restaurants, fuel and clean bathrooms! Really appreciate how handy this stop is to get in and out quickly.
