During our meal, I noticed that the fake plants on the ledge above our table were quite dusty and had cobwebs connecting them. I decided to mention my concerns about the salad and the dirty plants to the manager, who happened to walk by. When I asked if she could see the dust, she admitted that she needed her glasses to see clearly, which she pointed out were perched on her head. Rather than putting them on, Rachel, the manager, said she would talk to the kitchen about the salad—mentioning that lettuce can spoil quickly. She also promised to inform the cleaning crew about the plants, claiming they had been cleaned just a few months ago.

I wish more of the weddings I attended chose to have On the Border Grandville feed their guests. I mean, delicious fajitas over rubber chicken every single time, thank you! Shout out to staff Stacy and Oliver who worked so hard! Flawless attention todetail and all with smiles on their faces and amazing energy. It was obvious they loved what they were doing. And we loved whatthey did and how they treated us. Complete success. Highly recommend!
I was really happy to enjoy my post-show cheat meal at this restaurant. The nachos were amazing, and the brisket tacos were out of this world! The honey shrimp tacos had a nice kick to them, but they were absolutely delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend the brisket tacos. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was quite special. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
2 days ago attended wedding reception that was catered by OTB Grandville location. WOW top notch! We had appetizers and fajitas. Everything was so fresh, hot, and very tasty. Shout out to the staff, Stacy and Oliver !! They were amazing,smiling, and kept food stocked well and worked hard! They even started clearing the tables. Very impressed. I was quickly seated at the bar and received my drink and chips almost immediately. I even placed my food order before I finished my snack. The bartender was remarkable; he handled everything by himself and was extremely fast and efficient.
The Grande House Margarita during Happy Hour is an excellent deal, whether you prefer it frozen or on the rocks. Dinner kicks off with large chips that seem like halved taco shells, served alongside some deliciously spicy salsa.
This restaurant on the border is a true gem. It definitely ranks among the best. You can expect to see me here every evening of the week!
