I consider myself a super nice human! I’m trauma informed and relentlessly patient. I gave this owner probably 10 chances to give me a positive encounter with her in her drive-thru coffee shop. I would stop and potentially be her first customer some mornings on my way to work. I would be eager to grab a hot coffee before working a 12+ hour shift in the hospital as a nurse. I would smile and attempt to make chit chat. I’m overzealously thankful and gracious to people in the service industry, as I did that job a lot in my past. I 'm visiting my parents on vacation, and my mom and I decided to stop by while we were in Ennis. The older lady running this place was super rude to my mom, didn 't crack a smile, or greet either of us. It was more of a what do you want? vibe.Since she was so incredibly rude to us, we declined to tip on the credit card slip (it was already almost $13 for two drinks anyway). When we handed the slip back to her, she scoffed, rolled her eyes, said Thanks for the tip , and tossed the clipboard on the counter.When we got back to my Aunt 's house, we mentioned it to her, and she informed us that she is always that way, and that she isn 't sure how this woman stays in business.Also, the coffee was...

I stopped by this restaurant on our way out of Montana and had a disappointing experience. An older woman working there was quite rude. I ordered a hot cocoa, a latte, and some muffins. The only question she asked me was, "How old is the child?"—which was the extent of our conversation. The hot cocoa was barely warm (even though I didn’t specify a kids' temperature, it seemed like my preference didn’t matter). The muffin I requested to be warmed was cold in the middle. When I asked for it to be heated, I was met with a sarcastic comment. Overall, it was an interesting experience, to say the least! I’m left wondering who the other customers are that gave this place five-star reviews.

The breakfast options here are outstanding. The burritos and sandwiches are both delicious and satisfying. My sons have already said they'll be dreaming about the breakfast sandwiches once we return to Missouri. We visited several times during our stay in Ennis, and each time our drinks and meals were prepared exactly as we ordered and were quite tasty. They offer chai and lotus drinks, which are my favorite alternatives to coffee. I appreciate the great service, kindness, and the way you treated my family. The service and food are exceptional. I stoped here on my way to the airport. I was skeptical considering it's a tiny building, but they did not disappoint. The woman who helped us was sweet as can be and the breakfast sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The coffee was amazing as well. Cheap and far better than almost any coffee shop I've been too. I wish I could frequent this place!! They deserve 10 stars

The owner is consistently friendly and well-informed about the various drink selections. I especially love the spicy chai, which I always enjoy alongside one of her tasty chorizo breakfast burritos. It’s a place I absolutely have to visit whenever I'm in town.

Stopped here for a latte on the 4 th of July waiting for the parade to start waited inline 20 minutes but the latte was worth while waiting for.
