What a disappointment! Since the time I wanted to go to eat in this chain, it's total disappointment, I don't know if it's special to this restaurant or the whole chain but I'm probably not going back! between the boss who seems not to know what he's doing there, not friendly with the customers, it's not happy that I come with my **** out I checked before coming and this restaurant announces that he accepts the animals especially that if I allow myself to take my dog with it is that I know it will remain calm but let's pass, he doesn't even know his card, he serves a bottle of wine without shame. I don't even talk about the waitress that pulls a six-foot loong trunk, when at the dishes, ppff...

visit to the restaurant on the eve of May 1st. It's been a long time since we went to Uncle scott's. The restaurant is far from complete. We're getting settled quickly, it's after the fiasco starts. Have we forgotten? After 35 minutes, we call a waitress to take our order... another 25 minutes waiting. Note that we are with our 3 children 7 years1/2, 5 years, 3 months! fortunately they are wise and well patient!!!The dishes finally arrive. The children's menus are crushed on a tiny plate (but seen elsewhere), a fondue of toton without sauce. The waitress sees it and brings it to us, but it's almost cold. For me it's a very disappointing california plate. the potato sauce chives is cold too!...

We went there a first time, we told the waitress that we don't eat meat, we take Mayonnaise eggs and there, full of ham dice in the accompaniment salad. Today, we try again, my husband takes the chicken skewer and the meat is damaged, we talk to the waitress who makes the meat taste the chef who tells us that no, it's okay, so we go with our plate to see the boss who takes a piece of it and recurs everything in the trash by confirming that the meat is damaged. we didn't pay the skewer but hope my husband won't be sick!!!

Because the owner is of Scott, Louisiana, it's a shame that they don't have gumbo and chicken creole, but the place is still fun. The decor is a Hoot: parts of American cars and trucks from the “50’s and “60’s”. The staff had problems with communication (we... talk Texan, not English, so they fought. The food was neither authentic nor writing anything at home, but we enjoyed it. My tacos were not Tacos and I think the nachos were made with Doritos, not tostados, but still the trick.
