I am giving a 2 star rating due to the poor customer service. I have been ordering from this restaurant for the past several months and today is the last time. The foods has been great and actually excellent. I am not a picky eater Unfortunately, today I had a very revolting experience with this establishment. I have never been so disrespected by a business in my life, especially as a paying customer. I am so disgusted with this situation that I will never order from this restaurant again and will not recommend them to anyone. Consistently delicious food and attentive staff make this a local favorite. I enjoy sitting in the area designated as the "sports bar," where there are four TVs showing whatever games are on. They offer a variety of options, from appetizers and small plates to hearty, large meals. Reservations are a must on weekends, but I prefer going during the week when it’s less crowded. There's plenty of parking available. The only reason I rated it four stars is that the interior could use a bit of a refresh; while it's very clean, it feels somewhat dated. It's a great spot for families, especially since there is a large back room with big tables.
The menu is somewhat limited if you prefer chicken or vegetarian dishes, but everything I've tried here has been delicious. The antipasto is one of my favorites, although during my last takeout order, it included only about half of the usual ingredients. The staff is highly efficient, friendly, and professional; I genuinely think they are the best team around. I've only had the pizza once, and I was pleasantly surprised by it—I wish I had tried it earlier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a change of scenery.
Unfortunately their eat in food may be good, but their takeout, for 140, leaves A LOT to be desired. One meal was supposed to come with onion rings, but didn't ordered a side of onion rings and got 4 burnt ones.... ordered Jersey fries, but only got steak fries, no seasonings or cheese.... and waited 45 minutes for the food to be ready only to be there on time and wait another 25 before it was done. I love going there! have been them several times and eating is exceptional! beautiful presentation of the very tasty combination of ingredients! service feels a little rushed as if they have been underused most of the times and it sometimes takes forever that eating comes out. it happens! that was worth it! everything melts in your mouth! only one of the best foods out there!
Ordered Nonna?s Meatball as part of a takeout order and it is totally raw inside pink and gooey with full sized, raw cloves of garlic. It even smells raw. So gross! That on top of the sauce tasting like someone accidentally spilled a pound of sugar in thepot ???? Pizza was edible, not great though. Chicken strips consisted of two pieces.
