I've been a customer here for over ten years and usually enjoy a cappuccino. However, during my last few visits, my cappuccino has been mostly foam, with only about a third of it being actual coffee. Today, I politely mentioned this to the waitress, but she became defensive and started arguing with me. I reassured her that I wasn’t trying to be rude; I just wanted her to be aware of the issue. I've been to this restaurant several times while accompanying my husband for his treatment. However, today's experience was different. The staff appeared distracted, almost as if I was interrupting a phone call. She brought me a glass of water but didn’t ask if I wanted to order coffee unless I mentioned it first. I waited for a few minutes, and while browsing the menu, she didn’t acknowledge me or offer any help. Overall, the atmosphere felt quite unwelcoming.
It's convenient to have a place to get coffee right inside the hospital. While the prices are a little on the higher side, the quality of the coffee makes it worthwhile!
