One-eyed Betty's

Welp, Me and the wife went to this establishment and got seated right away. It was busy as we hoped for on a Saturday. Our server was fairly attentive and pleasant. We went in knowing we were going to get several items and we did. Here 's my opinion on all that I had and what Wifey said about hers: Wings- Why do you only give people 3 wings? That was odd and yes they were whole wings, but still, I have never seen a three piece. I hate to say it, they looked over cooked and tasted OLD! Not a good batch at all! Thai Peanut Salad- nice spice and decent flavor, but it was all muddled and not visually appealing. The dressing is spicer than I expected. Can 't say it was worth the money. Fish and Chips- it was all about the visuals for me at One Eyed Betty. The fish 's looked over cooked and the fries were cold and soggy. The minute I told the young lady she was super helpful in getting me a new batch. Too bad, because I was really looking forward to this meal. I had seen others pictures of the fish and chips and it looked so good I had to get it. When it came out burnt and I told my waitress and she said, No that 's how we cook it here , I 'm in my head- go check the pictures around the internets.... I was so bummed at this point, I was simply deflated and ready to go. The Wife got- The Taco Salad- no salsa, no a sour cream and mid on flavor. The presentation was extremely lack, shoot I could have thrown this together.... Especially for the price. Her words, not mine. The ultimate question: would I come back? No- bad food and a hunned dolla bill, all while having drove an hour to eat here. Not to mention there are dozens of other places in the area to try next. Welp One Eyed Betty, thanks for helping me to learn to lower my expectations!

Terrible. The only reason it gets a start because the service was semi decent. The food was terrible. Ordered a combo charcuterie board and it is literally sams club packaged stuff placed on a plate and charge $22. What a joke. The meat and cheese on the board were so low quality it was disgusting. I ordered the burger and they don't even ask how you want it cooked which is a big red flag and also leads me to presume the burgers are probably frozen patty's with no seasoning on them at all. My fries that came with the burger were gross and barely even cooked. Food gave me diarrhea and my wife didn't enjoy her BLT either. 5 years ago I remember I said I'd never come back and 5 years later saying the same, place always is and will be trash.

Took a group of 7. Staff made immediate arrangements to get us seated right away. Server was extremely attentive, always available, made honest recommendations. Ordered a dozen oysters, which I thought was a gamble in Detroit on a random Tuesday. They came out chilled and fresh. Delicious apps, delicious burger. We all had a great meal and great time.

This is a nice spot. When I go there I get the portobello sandwich, which is amazing. For vegetarians like myself, you won't be disappointed. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

One-eye Betty's is a Great place for drinks, great food and friends! I also go for the sports
