Cannot rate but says you have to rate! Well it’s a 0! Absolutely appalling ... under no circumstances order from here ... 2.5 hours later they deliver the wrong order! We chased numerous times and was told on their way, then told outside, and they weren’t ... they then delivered, and the order was wrong ... unbelievable ... and didn’t even offer me a refund ... just said you can have discount next time ... do you really think I’m going to order again, I work in customer service and well this is appalling, I’m really disappointed as we had a leaflet through the door so thought it would be good as it’s difficult to find takeaways that know our address ... again don’t bother ordering from here...
Ordered a takeaway at 5.45pm, it arrived at 8.20pm (having phone the takeaway a few times during that time period) When it arrived my wife plated it up and it was cold, the simple thing to do we thought was ring the takeaway and explain this well the attitude on the manager there was horrendous!!!! Accused my wife of lying, saying that we lied that it’s cold etc. She even said to my wife “well we can’t sell it on” which my wife said back “I would think you wouldn’t sell it back!!” After saying they failed to provide a service and we wanted a refund my wife then had the manager arguing with her for around 30minutes!!! Ordered a meal on the 30th December expecting them to be busy on the 31st. Arrived it was chaos, finally got in paid and was told 5 to 10 mins. We waited an hour outside in the cold -2. There were around 10 inside waiting,so no social distancing.The girls behind the screen had no masks on. Outside were another 20 waiting for orders. We got home freezing cold and the meal wasn't correct. They definitely put profits before customer service on new years eve.. If we couldn't preorder the meals they should of stated this, we'd have made other plans.Totally ruined our new years eve.
Can’t give a 0 disgusted, a regular customer too and I ordered for 8.45 delivery and taken into account a Saturday give and take, I called at 9.10 to check they stated on the way...........waited till 9.30 before calling to ask where it was to be told by a rude lady I told you wrong info it was someone else’s who left, No offer of sorry money off free delivery or nothing. Eventually turned up at 9.50 a whole hour late cold. Will never ever return dissapointed regular customer now ex customer

I have been having a take away from here for at least the last 4 years and have always enjoyed the food but I usually phone order then collect. It's a shame that they are getting bad reviews now but it does all seem to be about the delivery so can't comment on that. BUT I will say that we have always enjoyed our meals from them.
Ordered our food at 6:45pm and would be told it’ll be a hour and a half. We then have rung up twice to be told that it’ll only be 20 mins and the women delivering leaving and it wouldn’t be long. It’s not a far away at all it’s about a 5-6 minute drive if that. At 8:35pm is when we finally got our order. Absolutely ridiculous!!
A great Chinese in my opinion the best in the area by a long way. I can’t comment on the delivery service as I always collect however food is always ready at the collect time given. Prices are average compared to other Chinese's never had any issues.
Never fails, top quality tried others but always come back to the Den, special box and salt and pepper chips are the favourite of ours at the moment.quick and always hot

Food late, cold and taste less. Rude woman on phone, wouldn't even consider a refund. Stay well clear. Complete waste of money
