If you're looking for a delicious smoothie or a refreshing drink to keep you hydrated during your long shopping trip at Crossgates, this is the spot to stop by. My personal favorite is the Tropi Colada smoothie, which blends fruit, yogurt, and ice into a wonderfully refreshing drink. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and the drinks are consistently well-made. The only downside is that they often seem to have staffing issues; I've gone in when there's only been one person working. Despite this, it's still a fantastic place for drinks, and I highly recommend it!
I prefer Yellow Caesar, but this will do. Located at the Crossgates Mall in Albany is this cute little juice shop which reminds me of the old days like the 90s. I recently tried them, and even though I used to like them, I've realized that their orange drinks are like, super syrupy hyper sweet fake tasting orange juice or something, and for this reason I'd rather make my own lol. Nothing like what you'll get at a good boba shop but still a nice option in the mall cuz there are not a lot of good options in this mall for food and drink despite its enormous size.
Bruh, I watched the kid working straight drop rag water into two cups that he was preparing to put smoothies into and serve to customers. When I asked him to replace the cups and pointed out the rag water, he got attitude. Also, while he was wearing gloves, he never changed them. Between customers, orders, and dipping his hand in the rag bucket and handling food. Same pair of gloves. Gross bro.
I had a frustrating experience with the staff regarding food allergies. I have a very common food allergy, and it was incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful for them to laugh behind my back, thinking I couldn't see or hear them. We rarely visit this mall, and during one of the few times I wanted a smoothie, I was told that I couldn't have one and had to settle for a Julius instead.

This place is rarely open and they don't adhere to their posted hours. While the drinks are excellent and it's the only spot in town offering them, it's probably not worth your time to visit, as they are unlikely to be open.
Girl at counter was too busy eating Taco Bell to give good customer service, acted like me and my son were bothering her by trying to order a drink! So nasty when people eat behind the counter.
I LOVE Orange Julius typically but the last time I went, the worker said they were closing and it was 10 minutes before closing. Laziness.
the customer service was excellent!! he was the only one working! i went in around 5pm and he was super nice and respectful!
