We have ordered from this restaurant several times, but this last time the food was 40 minutes late. When we called several times, there was no answer. Eventually, when we did get someone on the phone, they said they were "busy" that evening (I have since read reviews that suggest they use this excuse often). When the food finally arrived, the delivery driver did not give us time to check the order, and of course, a dish was missing. After calling repeatedly with no answer, we finally got through and were told there was nothing they could do because we ordered through Just Eat, and then they hung up. Food was en route at 8.30pm, at 9.30pm it still hadn't arrived after numerous calls, apparently due to driver being lost. I asked to cancel as the food would be cold. They refused yet promised me a refund. Over two weeks later I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service

I highly recommend trying the Garlic Fried Chicken, Garlic Soft-Shell Crab, Duck Rice, and Chaos Soup at this restaurant. The Mapo Tofu is also incredibly tasty!

The food was patchy: excellent ribs, good rice, but the stir fries were a bit overcooked. Portion sizes excellent and good value for money.
