Southwestern Poutine burger bowl states spiced beef. Non of the other poutine burger bowls states spiced or otherwise so if it doesn’t say spiced, it isn’t. Apparently all the poutine bowls with beef are spiced even though the menu doesn’t say so. When I sent...mine back I was told that there isn’t a choice without spice. When I mentioned the menu should be accurate, or the server should state there isn’t an option without spice, I was told no one else has complained. No apology from server or manager. Meat?? What the heck is going on? I understand the pandemic might make supplies difficult to get or more expensive, but to swap out your fresh ground beef for the Ace burger to a frozen patty of yuck? At least tell the customer that burger is now available from McDonals. So disappointing. Our tomato soup was cold and needed to ask to be reheated. The waiter was impersonal at best. After spending for dishes that were sub par with sad service and swapped out meat….we won’t be back.
This is definitely the WORST food we have been presented since moving here months ago. Fish tacos tasted processed and like our cat’s food smells, fries were limp and lukewarm. Pulled pork was mushy and overly sweet and generally unpleasant. Server was taciturn and...unfriendly until it came to pay the cheque when she warmed up. Beer was decent though and location pretty good. But don’t eat here. I had a restless night with bouts of nausea and it wasn’t the beers I had.
What do you want in a restaurant? Great food, top service, an easy ambience and a wine list that’s well curated. Blink delivers this in spades. Our party of four were only in Calgary for one night and found this restaurant on an afternoon walk....They had one spare table for evening service and we are glad we booked. Food was outstanding and we would not hesitate on recommending Blink to anyone.

Located on Stephen Avenue, in the heart of the downtown this Original Joes is average, nothing fancy, just like any other in the chain. It didn’t seem to get overly busy there which meant it somewhat lacked atmosphere. Best value is to visit during the...happy hours. A few drinks weren’t available due to current shortages, so that was disappointing. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
It's a family friendly pub. Calamari was surprisingly big. Love the West Coast Chop Salad due to the light fresh dressing. Good price, good portion and good food. No wonder it's pretty busy. it's a good place for casual meal.
We had the fish tacos and a pineapple burger at the Marda Loop location. My better half said the fish tacos were the best she hss ever tasted! My burger was great with crispy bacon and tasty home made fries. Worth a visit!
This was my first trip back to Blink since my visit years ago. It was as good as I remember. I rarely have courses but I didn't want to miss out. I highly recommend.

First time visiting this location. The restaurant is very nice. The large outdoor patio was very nice. The staff seem friendly and happy to be back
Good food, attentive service. A conscientious restaurant that is responsible with waste by separating food waste from other waste. Great to see.
