I visited this restaurant for the first time while staying at Six Flags. We stopped by for lunch, and while the burgers were decent, they weren't anything special, though still satisfying. There were plenty of staff around, but the place wasn't very crowded, so we may have gotten lucky with prompt seating and service. The cheese fries were a bit lackluster; it seemed like just melted American cheese on the fries, which gave it a plastic appearance. On the plus side, the chili had a nice kick to it, which I appreciated.
I normally love Tommy's chili cheese burgers. However this visit was not to my liking. My chili cheeseburger came out with the bun ice cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. You need to start grilling your hamburger buns so they are warm. I will try one more time but that will be it. I was going to return my hamburger and ask them for a hot one but I was traveling from up north to LA and when you're traveling you're in a hurry. Step It Up Tommy's.
Food was great. Love the deals they offer (check out their FB posts for specials). Omg the wait was super long even though there was only like 1-2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru! However, I won't penalize their star rating for that cuz right now that seems to be the norm in all fast food restaurants. The pandemic and staffing has caused all kinds of inconveniences.
This was my first time visiting and I will definitely return! Karina was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make our experience great. I really enjoyed the burgers, they were delicious and filling. We were promptly seated and served. The cheese fries were tasty and the chili had a nice level of spice to it, thanks to Karina's recommendation!

Did not visit to order their chili cheese options but was looking for an old item that was discontinued, so had to order a one of their basic cali burgers. Looks like they changed their style of fry also. Burger was bland, service was quick. Save yourself a half of their priced burgers and visit In n Out instead.
Always feels like they are way too busy! My family loves chili fries and when they want chili fries, they want Tommy's. We do not usually eat there. I do not eat the chili because I am vegetarian but the steak fries are tasty! This is mostly a special once in a while treat for them.
For a 4.3/5 place, I was expecting something way better. This place is just OK. Chilli is meh, burgers are nothing special. The place was empty the whole time we were there (Saturday 4pm). If you're looking for a basic burger and nothing more, this place is for you.
Tommy's is one of my favorite cheat foods. It's too bad the freeway is right behind it. So when you order you can't even hear the person taking your order! The food is good and the service is delightful. Can't wait for my next cheat day.

The chili was way too watery. The cashier handling the drive thru and the Dinning area during lunch hour. She did a good job but help is needed !
The first Original Tommy's I hit coming into so cal from nor cal. Tasty chili burgers and fries are always hot! Fast service, too!
